Trinity Catholic College Lismore is a non-profit organisation where parents/carers contribute to the running expenses by way of tuition fees that are adjusted annually.

Enrolment is subject to suitable arrangements being in place for payment of school fees. Although School Fees are due and payable at the beginning of each year, payment plan options are available and consideration will be given for families experiencing hardship.

The Fees set by the College Council for the 2017 College year are outlined in the table below.

Enrolment and Acceptance Fees

For new enrolments a $60.00 non-refundable Enrolment Fee is payable prior to the Enrolment Interview.  The  acceptance of an offer is made by the return of the signed Acceptance Form which is included with the letter of Acceptance that will be sent by the Principal, together with a $400.00 non-refundable Acceptance Fee which will be credited against tuition fees.

Electives

Some Elective Subjects incur an additional fee and are payable on enrolment in the course. ( Years 9 – 12 )

Excursion Fees

The fee statement will include an item for compulsory excursions/activities for the whole year group that are known at the commencement of the year. Excursions/activities for specific electives and sport choices will need to be paid separately  as the costs become known.

Family Discounts

Discounts on tuition fees only are available for the second child in a family (22%), the third child (30%), and the fourth & subsequent children (100%) provided that the children are attending the school simultaneously.

Early Payment:

An additional 5 % discount on 2017 fees will be given if all fees are paid by a designated date.

Canteen:

Parents/Guardians who will make themselves available either twice a term (total 8 times per year) or 4 times per term (total 16 times per year) to assist our Canteen Supervisors in the College Canteens are eligible for Canteen Assistance Discount outlined below. Upon completion of the required 8 – 16 times, the Canteen Supervisors will advise the Business Manager and the discount will be credited to your school fees account.

  • Twice per term i.e 8 times per year –                   $80. 00
  • Four times per term i.e 16 times per year  –                   $160.00

Special Provisions Assistance:

Parents/Carers who participate in providing special provisions assistance in exam periods will be eligible for a Discount. The Discount will be $ 80 for assistance in 10-19 sessions and $160 for assistance in 20 or more sessions.

Cases of Hardship:

Parents who encounter difficulties in paying fees due to unexpected hardship are invited to discuss the matter with the Business Manager or his Assistant. Information will be treated by both the Business Manager and Assistant as strictly confidential.
